Strategic mission
Over more than 8 rewarding years at FNAIM, I led the digital transformation of the real estate information system, from recovery to full modernization of processes.
I orchestrated the redesign of report delivery services for property listing integrations, tailored to the needs of members, vendors and IT service providers.
My expertise allowed me to operate across Microsoft (.NET) and open-source (LAMP) environments, ensuring daily data feeding of the national portal fnaim.fr.

Thanks to my strategic contributions, FNAIM was able to fully modernize its services and improve the efficiency of its property listing integration system. The successful adoption of new technologies ensured smoother data exchanges and updated business processes, enabling open-source and Microsoft tools to coexist harmoniously to feed the national portal with reliable daily-updated data.
